Terms of Business for Florists

Acceptance of terms:

By purchasing wholesale products from Flowerhub Cookham, you agree to abide by the terms of business outlined below:
 

Eligibility:

Only florists showing a valid business documentation, by way of website or other that proves their status as a floral retailer are eligible to purchase wholesale flowers from Flowerhub Cookham.

Registration:

Prior to making purchases, florists must register with Flowerhub Cookham and provide all necessary information.

Order placement:

Orders must be placed within the designated ordering hours of Flowerhub Cookham. This is from 10am on Monday of each week when the hub is open until Tuesday at 5pm

Payment:

Payment for wholesale flowers is due by BACS at the time of purchase. 

An invoice including all bank details will be generated at the time of purchase.

Flowerhub Cookham works with both small and large growers.   Some large growers may be VAT registered and VAT is added to the invoice if applicable.

Flowerhub Cookham adds a 10% handling charge to the order, this will be shown on the invoice.

An order will not be fulfilled if it has not been paid for.  There are no credit terms.

Collection

All orders will be available for collection between 8.30am and 11am on Thursdays.

Quality Assurance:

While Flowerhub Cookham strives to provide high-quality flowers, we cannot guarantee the freshness or condition of flowers once they leave the premises.  Florists are encouraged to inspect their purchases upon receipt.

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 5pm on Tuesday.

Liability:

Flowerhub Cookham shall not be liable for any damages, loss or injury arising from the purchase, use or transportation of wholesale flowers by florists.  Florists are responsible for ensuring the safe handling and transportation of their purchases.

Modification of Terms:

Flowerhub Cookham reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  Registered florists will be notified of any changes via email.

Termination of registration:

Flowerhub Cookham reserves the right to terminate the registration of any florist found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behaviour or if  no purchases are made within any six month period.
